Shipping Information

We’re excited to get your fabric to you! All orders are cut and shipped from our warehouse with care.

Processing Time:

• Most fabric orders are processed and cut within 3–5 business days.
• Custom printing or bulk orders may take slightly longer—if so, we’ll notify you right away.

Shipping Rates & Carriers:

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available option for your region.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Domestic Delivery:

• Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
• Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Contact us for an exact shipping quote and delivery timeframe before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because fabric is custom-cut to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Issues:

If there is a problem with your order (wrong fabric, flaw, or damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Changes:

Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly. Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
