Fabric Description
Double Brushed Poly
Double Brushed Poly, also known as DBP, is a buttery soft polyester and spandex blend that is brushed on both sides. It is a type of jersey knit known for its comfortable, super soft texture, excellent 4-way stretch and good recovery. It can be used for a wide variety of projects like leggings, dresses, tops and tanks to name a few. DBP provides smooth print detail and excellent color reproduction when printed with our dye-sublimation process.
French Terry Rayon
French Terry Rayon is a knit fabric with soft piles and loops on one side (usually worn on the underside) while the outer side is smooth and soft. It is a very absorbent, lightweight and moisture wicking material that will keep you feeling comfortable year round. It is great for lightweight sweatshirts, loungewear and baby items. Dye-sublimation prints on French terry will have a desireable ‘heathered’ look, so keep that in mind when planning your sewing projects.
Waffle Knit
Waffle knit, sometimes called honeycomb or waffle sweater knit, is a stretchy knit with thermal properties making it an awesome fabric for Fall, Winter and cool Spring. Waffle knit is great for long sleeve shirts, cardigans, pajamas, dresses and more. Waffle knit prints with very vibrant color and detail using our dye-sublimation process, but the textured surface does not reproduce as sharp of an image as smooth fabrics like DBP, Swim or Yoga Athletic Knits.
Swim Knit
Our swim knit is poly spandex based with high GSM for ultimate comfort, stretch and compression. Swim knit does not hold water and dries very quickly. Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) 50+. Color and clarity is excellent with our dye sublimation printing process.
Yoga Athletic Knit
Our poly spandex based Yoga Athletic Knit is ultra premium and slightly brushed on the face. It is very comfortable and stretchy, providing you with freedom of movement for dance, performance and active applications. It is often used in yoga pants, workout apparel and compression garments. It can be machine washed in cold water with no bleach and best when laid flat to dry. Detail and color reproduction is excellent with our dye-sublimation printing process.
Liverpool
Liverpool is a medium weight knit fabric that is very soft to the touch and has a nice amount of stretch. The face of the fabric has a crepe texture and the back is smooth. It is great for tops, skirts, dresses and comes in a variety of solid colors and prints.
Bullet LIverpool
Bullet Liverpool is a medium weight knit fabric that is very soft to the touch and has a nice amount of stretch. Standard liverpool has a crepe texture with a smooth back, but Bullet Liverpool has a texture that resembles rows of small bullets, giving it a braided look. It is great for tops, skirts, dresses and comes in a variety of solid colors and prints.
