Fabric Description
Rayon Spandex is a light to medium weight jersey knit fabric usually made from 95% rayon and 5% spandex. It is very breathable similar to cotton jersey, and has a nice fluid drape perfect for tops, tanks, t-shirts, cardigans and dresses. It has a very slight sheen and the edges roll toward the face of the fabric like cotton jersey. It is a great summer alternative to polyester fabrics since it is so lightweight and breathable, plus it is great for making baby items like swaddles.
