Fabric Description
Sweater knit is a warm, soft and fuzzy knit fabric. It usually comes in light to medium weight and is great for sweaters of all kind plus pajamas, dresses, tops and cardigans. There are a wide variety of sweater knits, each featuring its own unique set of properties. For example, waffle sweater knits feature a more open textured waffle pattern, while hacci sweater knits are tightly knitted with the appearance of a jersey fabric. You can tell a fabric is a sweater knit by stretching it, as you will see the open spaces between the stitching in the fabric when stretched.
